Personally I will never buy a book like this. It’s probably best to look upon this as a games collection rather than a textbook.

Zacrifice know of books where that has been done, and I share your extreme distaste for that practice. Chapter 23 is on defense, chapter 24 gives some final exercises for the road, and then there are 50 pages of solutions. Books by Rudolf Spielmann.
