There’s plenty of sex, but non consensual, it’s rape, and not only physical but also emotional and mind fucking. I do have to say though that this book is full of psychological and philosophical thoughts on captivity, rape, abuse and love in which your brain will work overtime trying to come to terms with the MCs’ words.

I have never felt a need for vengeance like I felt read this book! Part of me thinks I would do anything to get rid of it, to forget it. There’s no names in this book only “Him” and “Her” which I though was brilliant It could b.g.hwrlen gone either way.


Little did I know how morbid and evil this man can be all while plastering a grin or smile on his face. I have a question now, and one I have always wondered about; if a man forces his cock down your throat against your will, why the fuck don’t you just bite it off? Is it because it is an invasion of our most intimate place.

At the end of it, your head will probably be spinning, and trying to find answers to some questions that are b.t.harlen or just barely answered in the novel. I questioned my principles I’m totally worn out and I need a drink, or two, or more It’s been weeks since I finished this book and I’m still trying to digest it. Mar 12, It was raw, brutal and grim.

He considers himself a rape artist and is convinced he will he get her to the point when her crushed hope will finally push her into despair to become just a dead soul in a co-operative body where there is no beginning and no end, just an eternal painful presence under his dominion. I just want my B. Thought provoking and terrible.


This is exactly the larger message.

They physical scenes are brutal and unimaginable I have to say that because the book contains very philosophical and psychological aspects that make the reader go to an uncomfortable place to analyze terrible situations. She must endure, outsmart, and outthink her assailant to benefit her unyielding situation.
