If you use two X stereo from time to time, you can leave the jack coupling continuously. Verify that the 1 60XT package contains the following: Your 1 60XT was carefully packed at the factory in a protective carton. To compress a live mix or to protect loudspeakers, connect the XT be- v: This will provide accurate dvx for a stereo programming.
However, it will generally be found that large amounts of compression are more audible in a mixed stereo program than they might be on the separate tracks that were mixed to cre- ate the program.
The XT will catch it, and hold it as a constant tone so you can adjust your EQ to minimize it. Compression lessens the loudness variations among the strings and increases the sustain.
It is good for drums and guitars, but lacks the full quality I would look for in a vocal compressor. If you are not use to the sound of the DBX compressors it is very distinguishable to my ears.

Insure the package properly. I don’t have a manual for this so I don’t know if it helpful or not, but the unit is easy enough to use that most shouldn’t need it except maybe during set up or troubleshooting. Modif easy to do for qq’un who really knows a bit of soldering components. Mounting the unit directly over large heat-producing devices such as a vacuum-tube power amplifier may shorten component life and is not rec- ommended.
I did not have the manual but I found the site DBX see abovethere is also that of the A same thing but easier to read in English only.
I have not read the manual, it’s stuff that “feels”, I mixed the whole weekend with and I wonder if I’ll really take the trouble to read the manual I mainly placed above the bass, then taken to the mix with a different setting each time.
