At least, not after you’ve read Lehane. In sum, a quickly forgettable, unrealistic non- suspense novel. Because this is definitely a page-turner. But even with the opening line you can tell something is off with this third entry.

I liked the sarcasm and occasional wit. Lehane had really figured it all out by this third book. Angie was where most of me began and all of me ended.
