My New Orleans: The Cookbook
John Besh has many restaurants in the New Orleans area. The author begins by saying Page 1: The measurements and cooking times are there as guidelines. The recipes sometimes call for many ingredients, but are doable. Cookbolk is a great book about New Orleans, I can’t imagine how good the food must taste.
So far the family favorite is Crawfish Pie! At any rate, this is a nice cookbook of recipes associated with New Orleans. The jambalaya was really good. A very well organized cook book with exellent recipes. The pictures are lush and the stories and genuine.
