You need a goal which can drive and propel you forward. Too often, I cannot help but feel that her explications are clever, but not helpful.
Any autodidact success stories, by the way? I like that she provides the Greek terms for various parts of speech and other grammatical terms, but ouschnig not see where it gives students an advantage in their reading skills. In many ways, this is a remarkable volume, preserving the verve, knowledge, and perspective of a master teacher.
I started out by myself trying a few different primers, but I did eventually decide on Luschnig as well.

Exercises that you do are only there to aid that one-way communication, and because it’s one way, every bit of grammar and text has to be parsed for potential meaning. Luschnig starts right off with the middle voice which I’ve learned is unusual, but maybe a good ideaso it’s already complicated! Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. It would have been helpful for entries to indicate in what chapter each word luschig introduced.
Luschnig’s An Introduction to Ancient – Memrise
The answers to the lusschnig are only in the instructor version, but you could still use it for additional passages to read when you’re just starting out I suppose – it’s more than likely available through a library.
